- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
How to make baked pork chops:
Bring sauce to boil over low heat. Mix well. Pour over 6 large (1 to 1 1/2-inch thick) pork chops and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 300° until meat is tender.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
