Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- thick pork chops, trimmed - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Brown chops in trimmed pork fat; drain excess fat. Season chops with salt and pepper. Top with onion.Combine soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon mixture on chops. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
