Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- pinch of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make baked pancakes:
Preheat oven to 425°. Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg. Beat lightly. Leave batter a little lumpy. Melt butter and pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour batter over butter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and return to oven for a minute.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, < 30 mins.
