- butter - 1 Tbsp

- lobster - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
How to make baked omelet:
Options: creamed asparagus creamed spinach shrimp lobster mushrooms Beat eggs together with seasoning; add cream. Pour into well buttered omelet pan or baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Loosen with spatula. Slide onto hot platter and serve.
