Baked omelet



  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp

How to make baked omelet:

Melt margarine. Add flour and stir until frothy. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Add salt. Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Place egg yolks in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and beat. Slowly add cream sauce which has been cooled slightly. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
