Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped pepper - 1/4 c
- bulk sausage - 1/2 lb
- very hot tap water - 3 c
- au gratin potatoes - 1 pkg
- jar mushrooms, drained
- ham or bacon can use - 1 item
How to make baked omelet:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish. In large bowl, cover potato slices with 3 cups very hot water; let stand while preparing sausage.
