- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- grated lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
How to make baked lemon pudding:
Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in lemon juice, rind, beaten egg yolks, butter and milk. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into lemon mixture. Pour into buttered 6-cup casserole. Place in larger pan; pour hot water to aboutRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lemon.
