Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- slices lemon - 6 item
How to make baked lemon pork chops:
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Brown chops in oil. Arrange in baking dish with a lemon slice on each. Mix catsup, water and brown sugar. Pour over chops. Bake uncovered 45 minutes in a 350° oven. If sauce cooks down too much, you may need to add a little water.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
