Baked halibut
Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- cooking wine - 1 c
- salt, pepper and sweet basil - 1 item
- medium slices halibut - 6 item
How to make baked halibut:
Arrange fish in greased shallow baking dish. Chop green onions, including tops. Sprinkle over fish. Season to taste with salt, pepper and basil. Pour on wine and let marinate 1 hour. Add sour cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° foRecipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Halibut.
