Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- butter - 5 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
How to make baked french doughnuts:
Mix butter and sugar until creamy; add egg. Sift dry ingredients and add to other mixture alternately with milk. Fill muffin tin half full. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Brush with melted butter while hot and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Breads.
