Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- lemon wedges - 1 item
- frozen or fresh fish - 1 lb
- can cream of shrimp or mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make baked fish fillets:
Arrange fish in a flat baking dish which has been buttered. Add a few sprinkles of pepper if desired. Dot fillets with butter. Spread soup over fish and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Perch.
