Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrot, sliced thinly - 1 item
- frozen or fresh fish fillets in serving size pieces - 2 lb
How to make baked fish fillets:
Place fillets in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with vegetables and garlic. Blend chicken broth and tomato sauce and pour over fillets. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Pour olive oil over top. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Perch.
