Baked fish fillets



  • pkg - 1 lb
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • soft bread crumbs
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • grated American or Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c

How to make baked fish fillets:

Place thawed fillets in shallow baking dish. Saute minced onion in margarine. To this, add salt, pepper, bread crumbs and cheese. Toss onion mix with fork, then press small amounts over each fish fillet and press down firmly. Pour 1/2 cup milk around fish; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
