Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- corn oil - 3 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- fish of your choice - 1 item
- medium onion, diced fine - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Microwave all ingredients, except fish, for about 3 minutes. Pour over fish of your choice. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn fish; bake 10 minutes more in hot oven at 350°.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
