Ingredients/Components

  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • lemon or lime juice - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • fish fillets - 2 lb
  • lemon or lime, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • chopped fresh parsley, basil or oregano - 1/4 c

How to make baked fish:

Combine butter and lemon juice. Dip each fish fillet in butter mixture and arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and parsley. Arrange lemon slices over fillets. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
