Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- lemon or lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- fish fillets - 2 lb
- lemon or lime, thinly sliced - 1 item
- chopped fresh parsley, basil or oregano - 1/4 c
How to make baked fish:
Combine butter and lemon juice. Dip each fish fillet in butter mixture and arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and parsley. Arrange lemon slices over fillets.
