- butter - 1 item
- lemon fresh or bottled - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Butter a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Layer fillets with dots of butter between layers. Cover and microwave 15 minutes at 400 watts. Remove cover. Squeeze one lemon over fillets. Microwave 7 minutes more or until done, with lid off.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
