Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dried parsley optional - 2 Tbsp
- fish fillets example: catfish, sole, halibut, trout - 2 lb
How to make baked fish:
Clean fish; wash cavity and dry. Melt butter or margarine and spread evenly over the bottom of a baking dish. Combine pepper, salt and paprika. Sprinkle herb mixture on both sides of fish. Place fish on top of butter. Drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with parsley if desired. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is almost done.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
