Ingredients/Components
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- eggplant, boiled until tender, drained - 1 item
- medium onion, sauteed in butter or margarine until tender - 1 item
How to make baked eggplant:
Season with salt, pepper and Accent to taste. Pour into baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Eggplant.
