Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- scalded milk - 3 c
How to make baked custard:
Combine eggs, salt and sugar. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour into 9-inch shallow pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in a pan of hot water and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Egg.
