- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped, cooked spinach - 2 lb
How to make baked creamed spinach:
Mix together all ingredients. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly brown.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Broil/grill, Side dish.
