Baked cranberry sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- fresh cranberries - 4 c
- jar orange marmalade - 1 oz
- coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted - 1 c
How to make baked cranberry sauce:
Wash and drain cranberries. In large bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Add cranberries and mix well. Spoon into a 9-inch square pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Add orange marmalade, lemon juice and walnuts to hot cranberry mixture, stirring well. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Side dish, Garnishes.
