Baked cranberry relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- orange marmalade - 1 c
- cranberries
How to make baked cranberry relish:
Toss cranberries and sugar. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Stir in walnuts, marmalade, and lemon juice and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Fruit, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
