Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
How to make baked crab casserole:
Thaw crabmeat if frozen; combine crabmeat, celery, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place in a well-greased 2-quart casserole or individual shells. Combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
