Baked corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- 2 can whole kernel corn
- crushed cracker crumbs - 1 c
- small can pimentos - 1 item
- 2 can cream-style corn
How to make baked corn casserole:
Chop onion, pepper and pimentos. Combine with the other ingredients in the order given. Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
