Baked chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 3 C
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/2 C
- cooked rice - 2 C
- chopped mushrooms
- grated cheddar cheese - 3 C
- crushed potato chips - 3 C
- toasted sliced almonds - 1/2 C
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped cooked chicken - 6 C
- soup can salad dressing - 1 item
- Amaretto optional - 2 oz
How to make baked chicken salad:
Combine the first 8 ingredients. Mix together the soups, salad dressing and Amaretto. Combine with chicken mixture.Top with: 3 C. grated cheddar cheese; top cheese with 3 C. crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or to heat thoroughly.
