  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • whole chicken breasts - 4 item
  • slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • kraut, drained - 16 oz
  • Thousand Island

How to make baked chicken reuben:

Place chicken in greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place kraut over chicken. Top with cheese. Pour dressing over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
