Baked chicken reuben



  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • Thousand Island salad dressing
  • chicken breast halves, boned - 8 item
  • can sauerkraut, drained press out excess liquid - 1 oz
  • slices natural Swiss cheese about 4 x 6-inches - 4 item

How to make baked chicken reuben:

In greased baking pan, place chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325° about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle with parsley.
