Baked chicken reuben
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Thousand Island salad dressing
- can sauerkraut, press out excess liquid - 1 oz
- whole fryer chicken breasts, halved and boned - 4 item
- slices each about 4 x 6-inches Swiss cheese - 4 item
How to make baked chicken reuben:
Place chicken in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover and bake in a 325° oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
