Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- to 8 pieces cut up chicken - 6 item
- can water or 1/2 water and 1/2 white wine - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Mix rice, soups and liquid. Pour into oblong Pyrex baking dish. Set chicken on top, skin side up. Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
