- margarine - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- rice, uncooked - 1 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- pieces chicken - 10 item
- water hot - 3 c
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Bring water to a boil in a 12-inch Dutch oven and add bouillon cubes. Mix the other ingredients, except the chicken, with the bouillon and water. Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture.
