Baked chicken and rice
Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice
- chicken stock - 3 c
- cubed chicken - 3 c
- lemon pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots, sliced thick - 2 c
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Saute chicken in margarine seasoned with lemon pepper. Take out chicken and mix 1/2 cup of rice and onion in margarine. Mix one cup of rice and chicken stock together. Mix with the rice, onion and margarine mixture. Add chicken and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Lay carrots on top.
