Baked catfish



  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • creamy Italian salad dressing - 8 oz
  • or 5 catfish fillets - 4 item
  • Eagle Crispy Thins potato chips, crushed - 6 oz

How to make baked catfish:

Preheat oven to 400°. Place fish in baking dish. Pour salad dressing over it. Sprinkle potato chips and cheese generously over top of fish. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
