Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- popped corn, kept warm - 5 qt
- Karo - 1/2 c
How to make baked caramel corn:
Mix melted oleo, sugar, Karo and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda. Pour over corn. Bake at 250° for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
