Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • popped corn, kept warm - 5 qt
  • Karo - 1/2 c

How to make baked caramel corn:

Mix melted oleo, sugar, Karo and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda. Pour over corn. Bake at 250° for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes.
