- pinch of salt - 1 item
- molasses - 3/4 c
- dry mustard
- salt pork - 1 lb
- dried beans yellow eyes or Great Northern
How to make baked beans:
Wash beans, discarding imperfect ones. Cover with cold water. Soak overnight. In the morning, drain; add more water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3/4 hour. Drain. In bottom of a 4-quart bean pot or casserole put the salt pork, cut pRecipe categories: Vegetables, Pork, Beans.
