Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 tsp
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- apple, diced - 1/3 item
- Butter Buds - 1/2 tsp
- acorn squash, seeded - 1/2 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Place squash half cut side down in a baking pan with 1/4 inch of water. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Turn over. Mix all other ingredients and fill the squash with the apple mixture. Bake 15 more minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
