Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 2 c
- tray of cut vegetables for dipping - 1 item
- Italian bread sticks - 1 item
- flat anchovy fillets, drained, rinsed and chopped - 8 item
How to make bagna cauda:
Melt butter in the casserole over low heat; add anchovies and sour cream. Bring sauce to a simmer, stirring constantly. Do not let boil. Serve at once accompanied by cold vegetables and bread sticks.If butter and cream separate, beat with a wire whisk.
