Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- freshly ground pepper - 1 tsp
- sea scallops, cut into 4 pieces - 1/2 lb
- slices bacon, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise - 12 item
- Greek seasonings
How to make bacon wrapped scallops:
Wrap each piece of scallop with a piece of bacon. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Sprinkle with Greek seasonings, lemon juice and pepper. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
