  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • freshly ground pepper - 1 tsp
  • sea scallops, cut into 4 pieces - 1/2 lb
  • slices bacon, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise - 12 item
  • Greek seasonings

How to make bacon wrapped scallops:

Wrap each piece of scallop with a piece of bacon. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Sprinkle with Greek seasonings, lemon juice and pepper. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Broil 5 inches from heat 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning on
