- cream cheese - 8 oz
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- to 3 slices bread - 2 item
How to make bacon roll-ups:
You will need 12 toothpicks (wooden).Preheat oven to broil. Cut 6 pieces of uncooked bacon into halves (twelve 3-inch pieces). Cut cream cheese into 12 (1/2-inch) cubes. Cut bread into 12 (1/2 to 3/4-inch) cubes. Wrap bacon around cube of bread topped with cube of cream cheese. Serve with bacon. Broil until bacon is crisp, 5 to 8 minutes.
