Bacon dressing

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• water - 1/2 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• cut-up bacon - 1/4 lb

How to make bacon dressing:

Fry cut-up bacon. Beat eggs, sugar, vinegar and water. Add mixture to fried bacon and bring to a boil. Pour over dandelion or lettuce.

For endive dressing, thicken with 1 tablespoon flour.
