Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- bacon bits
- round snack crackers - 60 item
How to make bacon cheese puffs:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat well. Add baking powder and bacon bits. Place 6 crackers at a time in a circle on a paper plate. Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture. Heat on Medium 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
