Bacon and cheese breakfast pizza



  • eggs - 4 item
  • 12 oz
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 lb
  • pastry for single crust pie - 1 item

How to make bacon and cheese breakfast pizza:

Roll pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust.

In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over pizza. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and light brown.
