- eggs - 4 item
- 12 oz
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- pastry for 9-inch single crust pie
How to make bacon and cheese breakfast pizza:
Heat oven to 425°. Roll out pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust.In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over pizza. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and lightly browned.
