Bacon and cheddar muffins
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
- about 2/3 c - 1/2 lb
How to make bacon and cheddar muffins:
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in cheese and bacon. Divide batter amount muffin cups. Bake at 400° until golden brown, about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
