Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- snipped cilantro - 1/4 tsp
- large avocados, cut up - 2 item
How to make avocado soup:
Place 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Stir remaining broth into avocado mixture. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Garnish with sour cream and paprika or avocado slices, if desired.Recipe categories: Low protein, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
