Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- basil - 1/8 tsp
- chopped tomatoes - 6 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced carrots - 1 c
- diced potatoes - 1 c
- Kitchen Bouquet - 1 tsp
How to make autumn soup:
Brown beef and drain. Add onion and cook until done (about 5 minutes). Add all other ingredients except tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add tomatoes; simmer another 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Fall.
