Autumn pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- apple juice or water - 1/2 c
- spicy-brown mustard - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- hot cooked Minute white rice - 4 c
- black pepper, coarsely ground - 1 item
How to make autumn pork chops:
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until brown. Set chops aside. Pour off fat. Add soup, apple juice, mustard and honey. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve on rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, One Dish meal.
