  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped apples - 2 c
  • chopped pecans/walnuts - 1/2 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c

How to make autumn apple cake:

Mix all dry ingredients. Then add butter or margarine, egg, apples and pecans or walnuts. Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
