- self-rising flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- oil or 1 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- cinnamon
- apples, diced and floured - 2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
How to make autumn apple cake:
Beat together eggs, margarine (oil) and vanilla. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add floured apples and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
