Aunt jemima maple syrup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 2 c
- dark corn syrup - 2 c
- maple flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make aunt jemima maple syrup:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil, boil for 7 minutes. Turn heat off; let cool for 15 minutes. Add maple flavoring and stir. When completely cool, put syrup in a covered plastic or glass container. Makes 1 quart.Recipe categories: Breakfast, American, Condiments, etc..
