  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 can
  • bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 item
  • crushed corn flakes or crushed potato chips - 1 item

How to make au gratin potatoes:

Put potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat butter until melted. Add soups and onion. Mix well; add sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Put crushed corn flakes or crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
