- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 can
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes or crushed potato chips - 1 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Put potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat butter until melted. Add soups and onion. Mix well; add sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Put crushed corn flakes or crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
